Private ICE climbing and Mountaineering
Privately run Ice climbing and Mountaineering guiding for individuals or small groups on a custom basis. Private guiding can cater to the specific goals and desires of YOU, without worrying about the dynamics of a group outing. Private Guiding is either instructional or experiential in nature. Smaller groups allow for more 1:1 instructional time, or simply more pitches climbed in the day.
We can do private Mt Washington ascents, private ice climbing days, or private skills educations!
These programs can run 7 days a week, at your request. Please contact us if you have a specific goals or desires for the day, and we can work to facilitate that for you!
Locations
The most consistent ice climbing venues in the Northeast are in the North Conway, NH area, around Smugglers Notch, VT, or in the Adirondacks of NY.
Mountaineering training can occur in the Adirondacks or on Mt Washington, NH.
Winter Hiking can happen anywhere that there is winter in the Northeast!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Course length: Full Day 8:30am - 4:00pm
Guide to Client Ratio: 1 guide for every 4 clients - we pride ourselves in being able to provide individualized instruction during all group classes, and keeping class size at a minimum.
Experience Required: No experience required! If you have never climbed before, or only climbing inside in a gym, don’t worry! Come out and see what outdoor climbing is all about! We can teach you the basics of ice climbing, and we have guides available to up your skills on harder climbs!
Age Limits: Must be at least 16 years old.

Minimum Bookings: No minimum required for a private day
Price Includes All Technical gear as needed - Boots, Crampons, Ice Axes, Helmet, Harness, Ropes - and guides. (Please note, We will organize for all clients to meet us the day prior to your trip to size and pick up boots)
